We offer a choice of health plans to meet your needs at a reasonable cost. Additionally, we have a sick leave bonus, allowing you to be rewarded financially when you don’t use all your sick time. Our contribution to the employee pension plan is generous, and most of our hospitals offer shift differentials when you work a shift other than days.
